Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Read Quran Book Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality Quranic education. We offer a 3-day Free Trial to all new students to ensure our teaching style meets your needs before any payment is made.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: If you decide to discontinue after your first paid week (and within 7 days of the first payment), we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
- Partial Refund: If you have paid for a monthly module and need to cancel mid-month due to an emergency, we will refund the remaining unused classes.
- Non-Refundable: Fees are non-refundable once more than 50% of the monthly sessions have been conducted.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Students must notify the academy at least 6 hours in advance to reschedule a class.
- If a teacher misses a class, a make-up session will be provided at no extra cost, or a credit will be applied to the next month.
